PARKING & SHUTTLES
You may request a Special Needs parking pass when you pick up your tickets. To receive the pass, you will need to exchange one of the two general parking passes already included in your ticket order. You will be asked to sign a form indicating that you have received the pass.
Sunday, May 20
Reserved parking for guests with disabilities is available on a first-come basis in the lots located on either side of Wait Chapel. Space is limited. Drivers must display the Special Needs parking pass to park in these lots. Guests should not park in lots designated as Special Needs unless the driver or a passenger has a physical disability or extreme difficulty walking.
Monday, May 21
Reserved parking for guests with disabilities is available in the lots off Student Drive on a first-come basis. Space is limited. Please do not park in these lots unless you or a passenger has a physical disability or extreme difficulty walking. Wheelchair accessible shuttles will run continuously from Student Drive to the Hearn Plaza entrance between Poteat and Kitchin Residence Halls. Guests will not need to use steps to enter the plaza.
All campus lots will be staffed by University Police on May 20 and 21.

INDOOR SEATING
For Special Needs guests who have difficulty tolerating outdoor temperatures, a live feed of the Commencement ceremony will be available in Pugh Auditorium, located on the second floor of Benson University Center. Commencement ceremony tickets are required for admission to Pugh and space is limited.
