All undergraduates are required to submit an online application to graduate by October 1, 2023, in order to become a degree candidate.

The online application to become a degree candidate is located under Virtual Campus in WIN. Once you have applied, a complete Degree Evaluation will be processed by your major department and by staff in the Office of the University Registrar to determine whether or not you are on track to graduate in May. If you have a major, minor, or concentration on your record that you will not fulfill, you must drop that major, minor, or concentration before November 30 for your eligibility to graduate to be accurately evaluated. You should regularly visit “Degree Evaluation” in WIN to confirm that all of your courses are meeting the degree requirements.

To apply to graduate, please follow these steps:

  • Visit Wake Information Network (WIN)
  • Select Virtual Campus
  • Select Your Student Records
  • Select Apply for Graduation
  • Select Term Selection
  • Select “Spring 2024″ for May 2024 degree candidacy.

Contact the Office of the University Registrar with questions at 336.758.5207 or registar@wfu.edu. The Office of the University Registrar is located in 110 Reynolda Hall.
